FUNDAMENTALS
Foundational training of Jiu Jitsu

Our Fundamentals class focuses on mobility, postures, offensive and defensive techniques and strategies. We also focus on gradual physical and mental conditioning. These classes are suitable for beginners and recommended for all belt levels.
GI INSTRUCTION
The Gi is a two piece suit used to train Jiu Jitsu and other martial arts. Gi instruction follows the Gracie Allegiance curriculum to instruct techniques using the cloth as a weapon and for establishing control of your opponent.
NO-GI INSTRUCTION
In contrast to Gi, no gi is a faster pace form of grappling due to the lack of friction caused by cloth. No gi Jiu Jitsu requires an different approach to controlling, set up, and attach your opponent. Practitioners use no pockets shorts and long or short sleeve rashguards for training and competition.

KIDS JIU JITSU
Our kids classes are designed to be a fun way to introduce self-defense, competitive martial arts, and anti-bullying, to children and teenagers through Jiu Jitsu. We not only focus on Jiu Jitsu techniques, but also on self respect, confidence, team work, accountability, and an overall healthy lifestyle. Despite our challenging curriculum, out main focus
is still to have fun!
SELF DEFENSE & FITNESS
We believe that self defense begins with self-esteem and confidence in your emotional and physical skills, and proper physical conditioning. From a technical standpoint we focus on de-escalation and situational awareness to prevent and protect yourself and others around you.
At Gracie Allegiance Jiu Jitsu we aim to help our students achieve a balance between a healthy body and mind, and a strong warrior spirit and inner tranquility. You will experience explosive throws, fast speed mobility exercises, grappling, and functional strength conditioning. Likewise, you will expand your intellectual abilities and your mental fortitude through controlled and gradual training and sparring.
